Marketing Automation Manager

The opportunity:

We are seeking a Marketing Automation Manager to lead and optimize our marketing automation initiatives across the organization.

This role will be responsible for planning, executing, and enhancing automated marketing campaigns.

This individual will ensure seamless data flow between platforms, drive lead nurturing programs, and collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to deliver measurable impact.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing automation campaigns
  • Managing and enhancing Eloqua workflows, segmentation, lead scoring, and nurturing programs
  • Ensuring smooth integration and data alignment between Eloqua and Salesforce for marketing activities
  • Monitoring key automation and campaign performance metrics and providing actionable insights and reports
  • Collaborating with content, design, and sales teams to deliver consistent and impactful communications
  • Maintaining database health, compliance, and best practices for email and marketing automation

Requirements include:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • 5 years of experience in marketing automation, CRM, or digital marketing
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Eloqua (certification is a plus)
  • Familiarity with Salesforce (preferably Marketing and/or Sales Cloud)
  • Strong understanding of data-driven marketing, lead nurturing, and customer journey mapping
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Proactive, analytical, and results-driven mindset with strong communication skills
