Job Overview

The role of Business Analyst is crucial in driving learning curriculum improvements and instructional experiences.

As a key member of our team, you will analyze trends and patterns in training data to identify areas for enhancement. Your expertise in data analysis and interpretation will be instrumental in providing actionable insights that drive positive change.

  • Analyze complex datasets to offer in-depth recommendations for improving learning programs
  • Partner closely with instructional designers and leadership teams to implement data-driven solutions

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Analysis & Interpretation

Perform detailed analysis of learner performance data to identify trends and patterns. Translate complex analytical findings into clear, concise narratives and recommendations that inform learning program enhancements.

• Collaboration & Communication

Partner effectively with cross-functional teams, including instructional designers, trainers, and leadership, to design and implement data-driven solutions.

Requirements:

• Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Data Analysis, Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related analytical field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience working with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, Excel dashboards).

• Skills & Abilities

Demonstrated expertise in analyzing complex datasets and translating insights into meaningful business recommendations. Solid proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data manipulation techniques. Effective communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex ideas to technical and non-technical stakeholders at all organizational levels.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Learning & Development Experience

Experience working within Learning & Development environments. Experience conducting quality trending, quality improvement, and process improvement initiatives.

• Analytical Tools

Proficiency in using advanced analytical tools and technologies, such as Machine Learning/AI. Exposure to large-scale analytical solutions in complex, matrixed organizations.
