About the Role

We are seeking a Product Support Manager to join our team at Handlink Inc. This role is critical in ensuring the success of our technical solutions by providing expert support to our customers.

As a Product Support Manager, you will be responsible for securing input from all necessary solution stakeholders within the customer firm, adapting solutions as necessary to ensure appropriate support, and coordinating closely with account sales managers, product managers, technical subject matter experts, and service resources to align solution design with customers' business requirements.

We are looking for an individual with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, who can build strong relationships with our customers and other stakeholders. A background in IT, Computer Science, or related field is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
