Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Virtual Assistant to join our team in shaping the future of global trading support.

This role demands precision, consistency, and reliability in a fast-paced, data-driven environment where accuracy meets opportunity.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with MetaTrader 5 (MT5), strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, familiarity with AI automation tools or workflow systems, and coding experience related to trading algorithm development or system integration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Trade Tracking & Data Management: Create and maintain trade tracking systems, track live trade data, and maintain summary statistics per strategy and per pair.
  • Business Financial Dashboard Creation: Build and update a master financial dashboard for prop firm accounts, payouts, and profits, deliver concise, visual daily reports at rollover.
  • Trade Execution Oversight: Monitor strategies at Forex rollover daily, ensure EAs are active and trades copy correctly to prop accounts, troubleshoot and escalate trade execution issues immediately.
Qualifications We Seek
  • At Least 3 Years of Experience: Working with MetaTrader 5 (MT5)
  • Strong Proficiency: In Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
  • Familiarity: With AI automation tools or workflow systems
  • Coding Experience: Related to trading algorithm development or system integration
