Skilled Trades Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to support one or more executives at leading companies in the skilled trades. This is a 100% remote role that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will manage executive calendars, book meetings and events, and ensure effective communication flow. They will also prepare reports, meeting notes, and presentations as needed. Additionally, they will coordinate internal and external meetings and handle travel planning, itinerary creation, and expense tracking.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage calendars, book meetings, and events with precision
  • Prioritize and organize inboxes, respond to emails, and facilitate communication
  • Prepare reports, meeting notes, and presentations as required
  • Coordinate meetings, logistics, and travel arrangements
  • Track project progress, follow up on deadlines, and assist with team communications
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant
  • Construction industry experience required
  • Proven track record supporting C-level executives or senior leadership
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
  • High-level proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Zoom, Slack
  • Familiarity with project management platforms like Trello, Asana, or ClickUp
