Global Trading Support Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of global trading support. In this dynamic environment, your skills in data management, execution oversight, and process support will fuel international success in the financial services industry.

Role Description

Our ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting a prop trading business through trade data tracking, execution oversight, financial dashboard management, and administrative coordination. This requires precision, consistency, and reliability in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Trade Tracking & Data Management: Develop and maintain trade tracking systems, track live trade data, and analyze summary statistics per strategy and per pair.
  • Business Financial Dashboard Creation: Design and update a master financial dashboard for prop firm accounts, payouts, and profits.
  • Trade Execution Oversight: Monitor strategies at Forex rollover daily, ensure EAs are active and trades copy correctly to prop accounts, and troubleshoot and escalate trade execution issues immediately.
  • Backtesting Support: Organize and log backtest results by pair and strategy, record metrics, and evaluate strategies for live testing consideration.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience working with MetaTrader 5 (MT5)
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
  • Familiarity with AI automation tools or workflow systems
  • Coding experience related to trading algorithm development or system integration
