Job Title: Link Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Link Acquisition Specialist to strengthen our online presence through strategic link acquisition.

About the Role:
  • Develop and Execute Link-Building Strategies: Improve domain authority and organic rankings through targeted link acquisition.
  • Conduct Backlink Analysis and Competitor Research: Identify link-building opportunities and monitor competitors' backlink profiles.
  • Outreach to Legal Industry Experts: Secure guest posts, mentions, and partnerships with authoritative sites, blogs, and directories.
  • Create Compelling Email Outreach Campaigns: Secure high-quality backlinks and citations through effective email outreach.
  • Manage Law Firm Listings: Submit and manage listings on high-authority legal directories.
  • Collaborate with Content and SEO Teams: Develop link-worthy content strategies that drive results.
  • Monitor Backlink Profile Health: Remove toxic or spammy links and maintain a healthy backlink profile.
  • Analyze Link-Building Performance Metrics: Track, report, and analyze link-building performance using SEO tools.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with SEO Best Practices: Stay current with Google's algorithm updates and industry developments.
Requirements:
  • Proven Experience: 1+ years of experience as an SEO Link Builder in the professional services industry.
  • Strong Understanding of SEO Fundamentals: Knowledge of off-page optimization, link-building tactics, and SEO best practices.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Effective written and verbal communication skills for outreach purposes.
  • Relationship Building: Ability to build and nurture relationships with webmasters, bloggers, and influencers.
  • Google Search Algorithm Expertise: Knowledge of Google search algorithms and ranking factors.
  • White-Hat Link-Building Methods: Experience with ethical and white-hat link-building methods (no PBNs, spammy techniques, or black-hat tactics).
  • Backlink Analysis: Ability to analyze backlink profiles and identify areas for improvement.
  • Self-Motivation and Detail-Oriented: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Tools and Software:
  • SEO & Link Analysis Tools: Ahrefs, Moz, SEMrush, Majestic SEO, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, Brightlocal.
  • Outreach & Relationship Management: BuzzStream, Pitchbox, Hunter.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Content Collaboration & Tracking: Trello, Asana, Google Sheets/Docs.
  • Competitor Analysis: SimilarWeb, SpyFu.

  • Legal SEO Experience: Experience in legal SEO and familiarity with legal directories and citation sources.
  • HTML Knowledge: Basic knowledge of HTML and website structure for technical SEO insights.
