Senior Marketing Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Strategist to lead and execute our marketing strategy for crypto casino projects. This role requires strong leadership skills, a proven track record in the iGaming industry, and experience managing remote teams while optimizing for return on investment in a fast-paced environment.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop a comprehensive marketing plan for user acquisition and retention
- Oversee paid advertising campaigns, affiliate programs, content marketing, and customer relationship management initiatives
- Lead a remote marketing team and ensure seamless collaboration and high performance
- Monitor key performance indicators and return on investment across all marketing channels and adjust strategies accordingly
- Collaborate with product, design, and analytics teams to align campaigns with business goals
Key Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in marketing management in the crypto or iGaming industry
- Strong leadership and remote team management experience
- Proficiency in marketing analytics and tools
- Understanding of acquisition funnels, retention strategies, and ROI optimization
