Customer Success Opportunity

This role is pivotal to our customer retention and growth strategy.

  • Mastery of our platform and guidance for clients on adopting features that enhance their workflow and ROI are essential responsibilities.
  • Nurturing customer health from onboarding through renewal requires proactive engagement.
  • Renewal term negotiation and proactive management of churn risks are critical to success.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in Account Management or Customer Success, with a focus on retention and product adoption.
  • Ability to work flexible hours (7 PM – 4 AM ET) to support Australian clients.
  • Exceptional communication skills, including experience with client demos and presenting product value.
  • Management of a high-volume client portfolio (200–300 accounts) with structured, rotational engagement.
