Job Opportunity

Establish a team and drive strategic growth in our credit operations department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Credit Policy & Strategy: Develop tailored risk management policies for real estate transactions, aligning with company goals.
  • Credit Evaluation & Approval: Assess borrower creditworthiness, approving or escalating decisions based on risk thresholds and financial analysis.
  • Portfolio Risk Management: Monitor performance, identify emerging risks, and implement mitigation strategies; ensure proper risk grading and timely reporting of potential problem loans.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor credit analysts and underwriters, promoting accountability, continuous learning, and collaboration.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with finance, legal, and property management teams to ensure smooth deal execution and risk alignment.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
  • Graduated cum laude or better from university is preferred.
  • 8–10+ years of experience in credit risk management, preferably in real estate or top financial institutions.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. lending regulations and real estate market dynamics.
  • Proficiency in credit scoring models, financial analysis, and risk assessment tools.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
