
Head of Client Engagement and Strategic Initiatives

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our client communication efforts and drive strategic initiatives that promote our brand and enhance customer experience. As a key member of our team, you will design and implement effective communication strategies that meet the evolving needs of our clients and stakeholders.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned communications expert to join our organization and make a significant impact on our business. As Head of Client Communications, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive communication plans that showcase our company's value proposition and build strong relationships with our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and manage client communication programs to promote our brand and services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective communication strategies that meet the needs of our clients and stakeholders.
- Lead the development of client case studies, testimonials, and reference materials to support sales and marketing efforts.
- Manage our presence on review platforms and develop processes to collect client reviews, respond to feedback, and maintain a high brand reputation.
- Contribute to the creation of a global client community experience through curated content, forums, events, or reference programs.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in client communications, customer marketing, or B2B content roles.
- Experience communicating with global clients, preferably in outsourcing, SaaS, or tech-enabled services.
- Prior experience managing review site strategy, case studies, or reference programs is strongly preferred.
- Strong writing, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
- Project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple stakeholders across global time zones.
- Familiarity with platforms like Microsoft 365, HubSpot, Salesforce, and project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Asana).
