Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the effective management of day-to-day HR operations, maintaining adherence to service level standards and metrics.
  • Administer ServiceCentral resolutions based on assigned access and other HR systems-related support.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to maintain accurate employee records, including associate personal files.
  • Participate in ad hoc projects related to Human Resources and/or office-wide issues.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process efficiency and implementing solutions.
  • Maintain confidentiality and data accuracy while handling employee information.
  • Monitor team tasks and ensure accurate tracking of completion.
  • Develop expertise in HR issues and enhance credibility within the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience in HR Shared Services is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Excel Data Analytics and reporting skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize workload and use initiative when required.
  • Excellent teamwork and adaptability skills.
  • Able to provide high-quality customer care.
  • Meticulous and organized approach to work.
  • Quick learner and self-motivated individual.
