SUMMARY

Responsible for overseeing employee compensation and benefits, ensuring alignment with labor market conditions and legal regulations. Ensures compliance with compensation practices and policies. Assists in the administration of government-mandated and company-initiated benefits, liaising with relevant agencies as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

  1. Graduate of Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is acceptable.
  2. Minimum of 3 years' experience in compensation and benefits administration, including coordination with government institutions.
  3. Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  4. Resides in Taguig City or nearby

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

  1. Proficient in computer applications with advanced skills in MS Office and web-based systems related to benefits management.
  2. Knowledgeable in various HR Compensation & Benefits processes.
  3. Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations related to employee benefits.
  4. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of maintaining confidentiality.
  5. Can work independently with minimal supervision while meeting tight deadlines.
  6. Demonstrates exceptional customer service and teamwork skills.
  7. Results-driven and responsible, with a focus on accuracy and compliance.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Process government-mandated benefits for employees.
  2. Monitor and ensure timely remittance payments and postings.
  3. Secure clearance certificates from relevant government agencies.
  4. Prepare certificates related to compensation and benefits.
  5. Represent the company in dealings with government agencies concerning compensation and benefits.
  6. Manage end-to-end processes for government-mandated remittances, including posting, payment, and monitoring.
  7. Regularly check and update information from government agency portals.
  8. Provide assistance and conduct training on compensation and benefits processes as needed.
  9. Generate and submit compensation and benefits reports.
  10. Assist with payroll processing and related functions.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  1. Ensure the timely filing and posting of employee statutory contributions.
  2. Manage employee government loan remittances.
  3. Coordinate with payroll on compensation and benefits matters, including loans and adjustments.
  4. Liaise with Finance for funding and payment requirements.
  5. Ensure full compliance with government regulations related to compensation and benefits.
  6. Work closely with HR Administration to ensure the accuracy of employee data.
  7. Validate employee statutory numbers to prevent discrepancies.
