
Senior Administrative Assistant

As a key contributor to our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support in the area of financial planning. This includes maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, generating reports, conducting research on insurance products and financial concepts, and assisting with client communications.
Our ideal candidate is a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with strong numerical and logical reasoning skills. They will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will also have experience working with financial planning software, such as AdviserLogic or XPlan, and be familiar with Superannuation, Centrelink and Investments in Australia.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases
- Generate reports from CRM and provider portals
- Conduct research on insurance products and financial concepts
- Assist with client communications and meetings
- Collaborate with advisors to identify appropriate investment strategies
- 3 years of experience in an administration role, preferably in the financial planning industry
- Proficient in financial planning software
- Strong numerical and logical reasoning skills
- Excellent communication skills
