Job Overview

A highly skilled and experienced administrative professional is required to provide comprehensive support to senior leadership in a fast-paced, project-driven organization within the construction sector.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain detailed records, and uphold deadlines. Key Responsibilities
  • Executive Support: Provide high-level administrative assistance to senior leadership, including calendar management, meeting scheduling, and coordination across multiple stakeholders.
  • Document & Presentation Preparation: Create high-quality documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Word and other Microsoft Office tools to support proposals, project updates, and internal communications.
  • Information & Filing Management: Maintain organized filing systems for contracts, project documentation, and corporate records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Communication Handling: Manage email and phone correspondence with professionalism and discretion, acting as a liaison between executives, clients, and internal teams.
  • Project Coordination: Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables; assist in coordinating special initiatives, ensuring tasks are completed on time and to required standards.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Experience: A minimum of 2.5-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar high-level administrative role, preferably in the construction management or engineering field.
  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, with a working knowledge of other Microsoft Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint.
  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain detailed records, and uphold deadlines in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication abilities, with the tact and professionalism required for client-facing correspondence.
  • Independent Work Ethic: Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work with minimal supervision while maintaining alignment with executive priorities.
