Job Description:

The primary responsibility of the Senior Project Manager is to oversee all aspects of the project lifecycle from initiation to completion. This involves managing project budgets, communicating with clients on progress in the field, troubleshooting and providing solutions to ensure timely completion, and ensuring that Profiles and Health standards are met throughout the process.

Key responsibilities include reviewing all project documentation provided by client services, identifying potential issues that may jeopardize the project's ability to meet deadlines or stay within budget, and collaborating with the client to obtain revised quotes as needed.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing internal project kick-off meetings, finalizing all project requirements, and determining timelines and schedules. They will also be expected to provide consistent updates to clients on project status during the fielding process and make recommendations to maximize sample sizes.

In addition, the Senior Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring the project is completed on time, ensuring all panelists receive incentive payments in a timely manner, and delivering final bills to clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • BA/BS degree in Market Research, Psychology, Sociology, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in Marketing Research, preferably in Healthcare data collection
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Decipher or similar platforms, Microsoft Office, advanced proficiency in Excel and Word
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet aggressive deadlines with a high level of detail
