Job Description

You would want to drive project teams to success through strategic planning, clear communication, and collaborative problem-solving.

As a trusted advisor to clients, you will guide project teams to success by fostering alignment between business objectives and delivery goals.

  • Lead and drive the overall delivery of projects, consistently delivering value to clients.
  • Develop and oversee delivery plans, including scope, estimates, releases, and statements of work for engagements.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their strategy, product vision, and success criteria, translating these into actionable roadmaps.
  • Provide hands-on leadership to delivery teams, ensuring successful outcomes through facilitation and expert guidance.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients in product ownership and agile delivery management, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
  • Support the delivery planning phases of discovery workshops, contributing actionable insights and technical feasibility assessments.
Key Responsibilities
  • Foster alignment between business objectives and delivery goals.

  • Provide hands-on leadership to delivery teams, ensuring successful outcomes through facilitation and expert guidance.

Strategic Contribution
  • Contribute to the development and evolution of delivery frameworks and practices, enhancing project execution methodologies.
  • Facilitate discovery workshops to align client stakeholders and delivery teams, defining the delivery roadmap for the product.
Client Engagement and Growth
  • Bridge technical and business domains through strong relationships with client stakeholders.
  • Identify new opportunities within existing client accounts, contributing to their long-term success.
Team Leadership and Mentoring
  • Mentor and coach colleagues, focusing on Agile delivery practices and career development.
  • Ensure the alignment and performance of delivery teams, escalating account-level challenges to Principals as needed.
Thought Leadership
  • Generate thought leadership content to support marketing initiatives, such as social media activities, meetups, and conferences.
  • Participate in knowledge-sharing forums within the company to inspire innovation and improve practices.
