Senior Project Lead

We are seeking an accomplished Project Lead to oversee and manage a diverse range of projects across multiple departments. • Project Planning and Initiation:
  • Collaborate with senior management and stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of project goals and expectations.
• Execution and Monitoring:
  • Lead project teams to execute project plans, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Monitor project progress, track milestones, and adjust as needed to keep the project on track.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, addressing any issues that arise promptly to minimize impact on project delivery.
  • Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
• Resource Management:
  • Allocate resources effectively and efficiently, ensuring team members are fully utilized and projects are adequately staffed.
  • Coordinate with department heads to ensure availability of resources and resolve conflicts in resource allocation.

• Communication and Reporting:

• Quality Assurance:

  • Implement and oversee quality control processes throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and opportunities for improvement.
• Budget and Financial Management:
  • Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring projects are completed within approved financial constraints.
  • Monitor project expenditures and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
  • Provide accurate financial forecasts and reports to senior management.
• Stakeholder Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
  • Act as primary point of contact for all project-related communications.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure continued engagement and satisfaction throughout the project.

• Possess a Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Hold relevant project management certifications, such as PMP.
• Bring 3-5 years of experience in project management, demonstrating a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Demonstrate experience in managing large-scale or complex projects.
• Exhibit proficiency in budgeting, financial management, and resource allocation.
• Display familiarity with risk management and quality assurance processes.
• Show experience working with remote or distributed teams.
• Prove strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile and Waterfall) and tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, and Trello).
