Job Overview

As a Learning and Development Professional, your primary goal is to create effective training programs that drive business results. This role involves collaborating with various teams to design and deliver training initiatives that meet the needs of employees at all levels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create comprehensive new hire onboarding programs, ensuring seamless transitions for employees into their roles.
  • Develop engaging training materials, including presentations, videos, and interactive modules, to enhance knowledge retention and transfer.
  • Conduct regular coaching sessions with team leads and specialists to provide feedback and guidance on performance improvement.
  • Analyze training effectiveness through metrics and insights, making data-driven recommendations for program enhancements.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in process improvements and quality assurance, driving initiatives to boost team productivity and client satisfaction.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in training, preferably in lead generation, sales, technical support, or customer support.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, such as Salesforce, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and time management skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and schedules.
  • Flexibility to work independently or as part of a team, with a focus on continuous learning and professional growth.
