We are seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to create innovative learning solutions that drive business results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop training course material using instructional design techniques in conjunction with adult learning theory, resulting in measurable improvements in learner engagement and retention.
  • Develop assessments to support and analyze learning effectiveness, providing actionable insights for future training initiatives.
  • Design training and job aids for instructor-led and online delivery, ensuring seamless user experiences across multiple formats.
  • Develop learning objectives to include audience, behavior, conditions, and standards, aligning with organizational goals and priorities.
  • Design and create a variety of materials, applying fundamental research skills to instructional design projects, and leveraging best practices to enhance learning outcomes.
  • Audit the current state of training content across our accounts, identifying opportunities to improve the way training content is displayed and distributed, and driving innovation in learning solution development.

To succeed in this role, you will bring a combination of exceptional written and oral communication skills, experience with creative use of instructional design technologies, and expertise in adult learning and all aspects of instructional design for various formats. You will also have excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines and manage heavy workloads.
