Community Manager Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled professional to build and manage online communities that engage top affiliates. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up community infrastructure, recruiting high-potential affiliates, and curating engaging content.

  • Set up and configure community servers, bots, roles, and permissions to ensure a seamless user experience and compliance with our standards.
  • Develop and implement outreach strategies to recruit high-potential affiliates and maintain low churn rates.
  • Curate engaging content, including videos, product updates, and trend reports, and host live AMAs/trainings to educate and inform affiliates.
  • Track performance metrics using data analytics tools and identify opportunities to improve affiliate engagement.
  • Develop and manage a rolling content calendar to keep affiliates engaged and informed.
  • Liaise with brand leads to report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as GMV, retention, churn, and engagement.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 2+ years of experience in community, social, or influencer marketing management, preferably with experience in Discord.
  • A proven track record of growing and moderating online groups while achieving KPIs.
  • A data-driven mindset, able to analyze metrics and make data-informed decisions.
  • Exceptional written English skills.
  • The ability to work independently in a remote environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
