Digital Marketing Community Lead

We are seeking a seasoned Community Manager to create and develop a thriving digital marketing community. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of scaling online communities, fostering meaningful conversations, and driving growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Execute a Content Strategy: Create engaging content that resonates with digital marketers and drives community growth.
  • Foster Meaningful Conversations: Encourage active participation and collaboration within the community.
  • Moderate Community Spaces: Ensure a positive and inclusive environment that fosters open discussion.
  • Analyze Growth Metrics: Monitor community growth and engagement, refining strategies based on feedback and performance.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 Years of Experience: Proven track record in community management or similar roles.
  • Proven Track Record of Growth: Successfully scaled online communities from less than 1,000 to 10,000+ members.
  • Platform Management: Hands-on experience managing communities on Discord, Telegram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
  • Digital Marketing Expertise: Deep understanding of digital marketing trends, lingo, and challenges.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communication and storytelling abilities.
  • Self-Starter: Ability to manage multiple platforms and tasks simultaneously.
