Community Leader Role

As a Community Leader, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to grow and engage an online community of digital marketers.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing communities and creating engaging content. You will work closely with the marketing team to analyze growth and engagement metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement data-driven solutions.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in community management or a related field.
  • A proven track record of growing online communities from less than 1,000 to 10,000+ members.
  • Hands-on experience managing communities on multiple platforms, including Discord, Telegram, X, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
  • A deep understanding of digital marketing trends, terminology, and challenges.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills.
  • A self-starter with the ability to manage multiple platforms and tasks simultaneously.
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform community strategies.
