Job Title: HR Operations Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an HR Operations Specialist. As a key member of the People Operations team, you will play a critical role in supporting the HR function by assisting with various people operations activities and ensuring the smooth execution of HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver an empathic and customer service-focused experience for everyone within the organization.
  • Provide support to employee questions and inquiries, delivering high-level customer service and considering how we innovate and advance our People Operations backbone.
HR Administration:
  • Assist with the full employee lifecycle, including pre-boarding, onboarding, offboarding, leave administration, employee change requests, and maintaining personnel records.
  • Coordinate HR-related documentation, such as employment contracts, offer letters, change letters, and HR-related correspondence in our HRIS system.
  • Manage employee data in our HRIS system while ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Systems, Automation & Reporting:
  • Ensure rigorous QA processes are implemented and followed for all data entry tasks.
  • Develop automation of HR processes to eliminate manual repetitive tasks.
  • Ownership of the People Confluence space and Human Resources Google drive, ensuring documents are up-to-date and accurate.
Employee Relations:
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding People policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Assist with employee relations documentation, including disciplinary actions, and performance management processes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in HR administration or a similar role.
  • Knowledge of Australian employment laws and regulations.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and HRIS software; experience with Rippling or similar HRIS platforms is preferred.
