Executive Assistant to a Small Business Owner
We are seeking an experienced Executive Support Specialist to provide high-level administrative support and manage critical accounting functions for a small business owner. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, highly organized, and possess a strong background in accounting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide executive-level administrative support including coordination of travel, licensing, and research
- Support with personal executive tasks as needed
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, track expense reports, and maintain financial records
- Collaborate with the business owner to ensure data integrity and compliance
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field is a plus
- 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant
- 2+ years of accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of QuickBooks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven ability to multitask and work independently in a remote environment
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high standards of professionalism
- Strong English fluency (spoken and written); neutral accent preferred
