The Customer Solutions Officer role involves handling customer service-related concerns, including general inquiries, billing and disputes, credit, collections, retentions, mortgage, fraud, telesales, rewards inquiries, and fulfillment. You will be responsible for ensuring that customer inquiries are answered efficiently and timely, while maintaining compliance with departmental standards.
To excel in this role, you should possess strong English communication skills and be comfortable speaking with clients from diverse nationalities. A bachelor's degree holder, college undergraduate, or high school/senior high school graduate with at least 12 months of BPO international voice account experience is required. Familiarity with the customer service industry and ability to work on a shifting schedule, holidays & weekends (fixed 5-day work week) is also essential.
