Client Success Specialist

This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in client-facing positions and have a passion for delivering solutions that meet business needs. As a Client Success Specialist, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the implementation of our analytics solutions and ensuring their ongoing success.

You will act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, analysing their operations and recommending tailored dashboard solutions to meet their goals. This requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with international clients.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client accounts and deliver solutions that meet expectations
  • Analyse client operations and recommend customised dashboard solutions
  • Provide training and support to ensure successful adoption of dashboards
  • Build long-term relationships with clients to drive satisfaction and retention
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling within accounts
  • Resolve client issues promptly and work with internal teams to prevent recurrence
  • Monitor product usage and gather feedback to inform product development
What We're Looking For
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in B2B account management, client success, or technology consulting (SaaS/analytics experience a plus)
  • Proven ability to manage accounts and deliver solutions that meet client expectations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable working with international clients
