Job Title: Cybersecurity Operations Specialist

The Cybersecurity Operations Specialist is a vital role that monitors and responds to security incidents on the global network, endpoints, and cloud environments. This position is responsible for detecting, investigating, and mitigating security threats in real-time.

The specialist will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and address potential security vulnerabilities, ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of sensitive data. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for this role, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Investigate security incidents and provide timely responses to minimize impact.
  • Monitor and analyze system logs, network traffic, and other security-related data to identify potential threats.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement effective security measures.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging threats and technologies to enhance cybersecurity capabilities.
  • Develop and maintain incident response plans to ensure business continuity.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Information Security, preferably in a cybersecurity environment.
  • Knowledge of security frameworks, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Proficiency in SIEM tools, EDR monitoring, and incident management.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • CISSP, CEH, or other relevant certifications.
  • Experience with threat hunting, forensic analysis, and risk management.
  • Strong knowledge of network technologies, Windows and Linux operating systems, and Web application technologies.
