Role Overview

An analytics professional will specialize in statistical analysis and data interpretation to uncover insights from large datasets using specialized tools and programming languages.

Main Responsibilities
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement through data-driven insights
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret complex datasets to develop actionable business recommendations
  • Design and analyze statistical experiments to identify performance drivers and patterns

Key Performance Areas:

  • Drive process improvements and automation, reducing variability and improving efficiency
  • Evaluate and enhance existing business intelligence solutions to create best-in-class outcomes
  • Manage and explore datasets ranging from structured spreadsheets to large-scale outputs

Essential Skills:

  • Experience working with moderate-to-large datasets, with the ability to scale analyses as data volume grows
  • Excellent ability to communicate insights clearly through reports, dashboards, and presentations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Familiarity with BI/visualization tools like Looker Studio, Sisense, Tableau, or Power BI
