Trade Operations Specialist

This role demands precision, consistency, and reliability in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

  • We are seeking a Trade Operations Specialist to support our prop trading business through trade data tracking, execution oversight, financial dashboard management, and administrative coordination.

The successful candidate will have at least 3 years of experience working with MetaTrader 5 (MT5), strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, familiarity with AI automation tools or workflow systems, and coding experience related to trading algorithm development or system integration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Trade Tracking & Data Management: Create and maintain trade tracking systems in Google Sheets, Notion, or analytics tools like TradeZella. Track live trade data (entry/exit time, price, profit/loss, spread, strategy tag, session, time of day). Maintain summary statistics per strategy and per pair.
  • Business Financial Dashboard Creation: Build and update a master financial dashboard for prop firm accounts, payouts, and profits. Deliver concise, visual daily reports at rollover (5 PM ET).
  • Trade Execution Oversight: Monitor strategies at Forex rollover daily. Ensure EAs are active and trades copy correctly to prop accounts. Troubleshoot and escalate trade execution issues immediately. Organize and log backtest results by pair and strategy. Record metrics (win rate, profit factor, drawdown, expectancy). Tag strategies for live testing consideration.
  • Prop Firm Challenge Setup (Using Your Identity): Complete KYC and participate in prop firm challenges. Track status of challenges and payouts.
  • Ongoing Administrative Duties: Maintain login credentials securely. Follow up on prop firm payouts and support issues. Keep records audit-ready and updated. Join weekly check-ins for updates and planning.
