Process Mining Expert

Support process mining and operational analytics initiatives by preparing and transforming operational data, developing process mining models, and delivering actionable insights through dashboards and automation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate process mining platforms to select the most suitable solution.
  • Design and implement process mining models using Celonis or similar tools.
  • Collaborate with business and IT teams to understand operational workflows and data sources and translate them into event logs.
  • Develop data pipelines to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from enterprise systems.
  • Create Power BI dashboards to visualize process performance, KPIs, and automation opportunities.
  • Leverage Power Automate and Power Apps to streamline workflows and integrate analytics into business processes.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and identify process inefficiencies, compliance gaps, and automation opportunities.
Requirements
  • 5–7 years of experience in process mining using Celonis or similar platforms.
  • Strong background in data engineering, including SQL, ETL, and data modeling.
  • Experience preparing event logs and operational datasets for analytics.
  • Proficiency in Power BI for dashboard development and data visualization.
  • Familiarity with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).
  • Ability to work independently in a remote/offshore environment and collaborate across global teams.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Ability to ensure data quality, governance, and documentation across analytics initiatives.
