
Global App Commercial Desk Leader

As a key member of our revenue operations organization, you will lead a team of professionals across multiple time zones, providing high-touch support to enterprise sales teams and external marketplace vendors.
This is a people management role that requires strong leadership skills and the ability to work closely with internal stakeholders and marketplace partners.
The Global App Commercial Desk Manager oversees the execution of operational processes in support of Atlassian's sales organization globally as a shared service.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for the App Commercial Desk, aligning with business objectives and goals
- Mentor and coach a team of App Desk Sales specialists to ensure they are achieving and exceeding performance expectations
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Enterprise Advocates, Loyalty Advocates, and Marketplace Partners, providing timely and effective support during the sales cycle
- Analyze metrics and reports to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance operational efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the sales cycle, including Enterprise Deal Management, Marketplace Operations, Ecosystems, and other groups
- Work closely with content managers and business process analysts to create and maintain process documentation for the App Commercial Desk
- Handle internal escalations promptly and expedite resolution of problems as they arise
- Develop and deliver executive updates on operational performance and progress
- Provide training and onboarding for new App Desk Sales Specialists
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive initiatives to enhance related systems and processes
- Partner with Business Systems Analysts on projects to automate repeatable data entry processes

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop strategic recommendations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
- Familiarity with business process improvement methodologies and tools
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing competing demands
