We are seeking a professional with exceptional skills in global mobility and immigration compliance to join our team as a Mobility Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth transition of employees across borders, adhering to local laws, and providing immigration and relocation assistance.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in immigration compliance, global mobility, or similar roles with a focus on immigration. They will also possess comprehensive knowledge of immigration procedures and compliance processes, as well as excellent communication skills to work effectively with diverse client bases.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing legal and strategic guidance on immigration compliance service delivery
  • Monitoring and controlling Remote products and services for immigration compliance
  • Establishing, maintaining, and strengthening relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Analyzing, preparing, and submitting visa/work permit applications
  • Maintaining up-to-date immigration law knowledge and ensuring ongoing regulatory compliance
