
Remote Customer Experience Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our support staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service and satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and efficiency.
- Resolve customer issues through effective problem-solving and research.
- Accurately document interactions and process claims.
- Guide customers through options to find the best solutions.
- Follow established scripts, policies, and procedures.
- Protect customer privacy and handle sensitive information with care.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members.
- Maintain current knowledge of training, updates, and program requirements.
- Ensure consistent attendance and adhere to scheduling requirements.
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous call center experience essential.
- Work from home experience preferred.
- Strong command of the English language required.
- Typing speed of 20+ WPM necessary.
- High-speed internet connection mandatory.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) required.
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems essential.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and follow-up.
- Able to multitask and self-manage effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal skills required.
