Key Qualifications- Leadership experience in customer-facing environments.
- E-commerce customer service background (Shopify, BigCommerce, or Amazon experience beneficial).
- Strong command of English in writing and speaking.
- Familiarity with support tools like G Suite, Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom, or Gorgias.
- KPI management, attendance, and performance track record.
- Experience in team coaching, mentoring, and performance reviews.
- Analytical skills to create, interpret, and act on performance reports.
- Monitor agent performance to ensure KPIs are met or exceeded.
- Conduct regular coaching sessions and offer personalized guidance.
- Evaluate performance bi-annually and recommend growth opportunities.
