  • Adhere to policies and procedures that support the organization's goals
  • Assist in the additional training of employees as required.
  • Assist in the recruiting process.
  • Assist the team with complex cases and know when to escalate issues as necessary.
  • Assist with injury and incident reporting, investigation and resolution.
  • Assist with inventory, cycle counts, and team scheduling.
  • Conduct meetings with team (staff meetings and one on one).
  • Facilitate employee meetings.
  • Create a positive work environment where all staff are motivated to do their best.
  • Evaluate and recommend candidates for open positions and develop a guest-centric team.
  • Evaluate employee performance and provide constructive feedback.
  • Perform related tasks as a manager/Team leader
