As a Business Building Executive, you will play a pivotal role in propelling business growth within an assigned territory. Your key responsibility will be to execute commercial programs that strengthen trade partnerships and enhance product availability and visibility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Territory Management & Trade Influence: Manage and grow assigned territory by executing company-driven route-to-market strategies and coverage initiatives. Foster strong relationships with trade partners.
  • Influence the trade to adopt company programs and tools when required, ensuring alignment with commercial priorities.
  • Drive in-store execution of initiatives to boost visibility and access across channels.
  • Use field insights to identify growth opportunities and build actionable territory plans.
Key Areas of Focus:
  • Consumer Engagement: Support execution of initiatives that build loyalty among existing consumers and attract consumers from competing brands.
  • Pricing Compliance: Influence trade partners to adhere to approved pricing guidelines.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and report key performance indicators such as territory-level sales, share of market and program compliance.
Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license and ability to drive manual transmission
  • Strong interpersonal skills and knowledge in negotiation and consultative selling
  • Field sales experience is advantageous
