Job Description

As a Senior Legal Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing legal strategies to minimize risk and maximize business opportunities. You will advise senior leadership on corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory matters, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement legal strategies to support business goals while minimizing risk.
  • Advise senior leadership on corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory matters.
  • Monitor and interpret new laws, regulations, and industry developments, ensuring the company remains compliant.
  • Identify, assess, and manage legal risks across the organization.
  • Develop policies and procedures to mitigate risks and enhance internal controls.
  • Oversee the company's compliance framework and ensure adherence to applicable laws and regulations.
  • Ensure the company's compliance with corporate governance standards and best practices.
  • Provide counsel on board matters, shareholder agreements, and related corporate issues.
  • Review, draft, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents to protect the company's interests.
  • Manage and oversee litigation, arbitration, and other dispute resolution matters.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A JD degree or equivalent, admission to the Bar.
