Role Summary

As a mortgage processing expert, you will drive the success of our loan applications with precision and attention to detail.

You'll oversee pre-credit loan processing tasks including retention pricing, valuations, data entry, and post-settlement support, ensuring accurate and timely preparation of loan applications.

Daily Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough analysis of client portfolios for retention pricing purposes
  • Prepare comprehensive servicing calculators for brokers
  • Send welcome notifications and initial data requests to new clients
  • Enter precise data for new clients and update existing client records
  • Request, index, and organize supporting documents, identifying missing items
  • Secure lender discounts and arrange valuations
  • Organize property reports and prepare broker tools like strategy sheets and loan options maps
  • Draft detailed lender application notes and provide support to brokers with lender option preparation
  • Facilitate communication with lenders and assist with post-settlement loan account summaries
  • Prepare in-depth post-settlement breakdowns for clients
  • Assist in preparing and managing settlement discharge forms
