Senior Mortgage Processing Leader

We're seeking a detail-oriented professional with extensive mortgage processing experience to lead our application-to-settlement operations. This isn't just a processing role – you'll be building and leading the team that delivers systematic excellence.

  • This Senior Loan Processor Team Lead will manage high-volume mortgage applications (up to 40 per month initially) while developing processes, systems, and team members that support ambitious growth targets.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing complex workflows, coordinating with clients, lenders, solicitors, and third parties, and implementing folder organization systems and task management frameworks for scalable operations.
Key Responsibilities
  • Application Processing Excellence
  • Process and submit pre-prepared mortgage applications with exceptional attention to detail
  • Collaborate with strategy team to respond promptly to MIRs (More Information Required) from lenders
  • Manage high-volume application workflows with meticulous follow-up and tracking
  • Liaise with conveyancers and manage discharge processes with outgoing lenders
