Job Title: Mortgage Loan Specialist

The role involves collaborating with a broker to achieve settlement targets. We are seeking an experienced Mortgage Loan Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lodging new applications with lenders and following through to approval & settlement
  • Client communication, keeping them updated on progress
  • Organising valuations with lenders
  • Booking and arranging settlements with clients, solicitors, and lenders
  • Ensuring all settled files comply with requirements
  • Keeping the application tracker up-to-date within the CRM system
  • Tracking commission payments
  • Diary and email management
Essential Requirements:
  • A stable internet connection with at least 50MBPS or higher
  • Own computer equipment
Key Qualifications and Skills:

Experience:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in loan processing is required
  • Proficiency in mortgage CRM systems and aggregator platforms

Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English for client and stakeholder interactions
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, loan processing software, and banking computer software is necessary
  • Meticulous attention to detail reviewing documents and ensuring accuracy
  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Effective time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
