As a skilled and meticulous Mortgage Support Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating the smooth processing of mortgage applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with mortgage professionals to gather and review client documents for loan submissions.
  • Ensure timely communication with clients, lenders, and stakeholders regarding required paperwork and application status.
  • Manage accurate and up-to-date client records within the loan processing system.
  • Coordinate follow-ups on outstanding documents and application progress.
  • Prepare and submit loan applications to lenders, adhering to regulatory compliance and accuracy standards.
  • Provide administrative support, including data entry, filing, and report preparation.
Essential Qualifications & Skills
  • Previous experience in mortgage, banking, or financial services is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills are essential.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary for effective collaboration.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
