Loan Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and ambitious Loan Specialist to join our team.

This role offers an exceptional opportunity to learn from industry-leading systematic processes while building a career in premium mortgage services.

  • You'll start by managing 10-15 applications monthly and progress to full capacity (40+ applications) within 90 days.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Processing and submitting mortgage applications with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Managing application workflows using Broker Engine and Apply Online platforms.
  • Coordinating with clients, lenders, solicitors, conveyancers, and various third parties.
  • Handling discharge processes with outgoing lenders and managing settlement coordination.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Mortgage processing experience preferred but exceptional candidates new to the industry will be considered.
  • Understanding of Australian lending landscape.
  • Proficiency with Apply Online or similar platforms.
  • Administrative or customer service background demonstrating attention to detail and client focus.
