Are you passionate about supporting clinical trials? As a Medical Research Coordinator, you will play a vital role in the recruitment and screening process for studies at our organization.

About the Role

In this exciting position, you will be responsible for:

  • Screening potential volunteers via telephone using prepared questionnaires to determine preliminary eligibility for study participation.
  • Scheduling consent/screening appointments for volunteers who pass the preliminary phone recruiting interview.
  • Using our database to contact previous volunteers and successfully recruit them for studies.
  • Ensuring all calls are answered promptly and with the highest degree of customer service and professionalism.
  • Conducting demographic and medical history phone interviews with volunteers using prepared questionnaires.
  • Accurately recording and reviewing demographic information and medical history for all volunteers while maintaining strict confidentiality.
  • Scheduling volunteers for further screening and/or consent appointments if they meet the criteria.
  • Performing administrative duties, such as copying, filing, and completing spreadsheets, to support the recruitment process.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in any Life Science or Healthcare-related course (e.g., Pharmacy, Nursing, Medical Technology, Biology, etc.).
  • Preferably, contact center experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job.
