Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Accounts Payable Professional to oversee invoice processing and payments from a remote location. As a key team member, you will be responsible for managing vendor relationships, maintaining accurate records, and providing timely reporting.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Enter vendor invoices into our ERP system with precision and accuracy.
  • Perform three-way matching (PO, receiving, invoice) to ensure compliance and proper authorization.
  • Research and resolve invoice discrepancies, quantity/price variances, or missing documentation.
  • Maintain responsibility for approximately 300 vendor accounts.
  • Communicate directly with vendors regarding billing questions, missing documents, and payment status.
  • Foster strong working relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure all invoices are processed in accordance with company policies and deadlines.
  • Monitor vendor statements and reconcile accounts regularly to prevent overdue balances.
  • Maintain organized records for audit readiness and compliance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in accounts payable in a high-volume environment is required.
  • Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite is strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with purchase order and three-way matching processes is essential.
