About the Role

We are seeking a diligent Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to grow their career with our organization.

  • This role will be responsible for managing accounts payable from start to finish, ensuring timely payments and maintaining accurate records.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience working with accounting software, such as NetSuite, and possess strong analytical skills.
  • This position requires excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage vendor relationships and maintain accurate records of vendor information, including contact details and payment terms.
  • Process invoices for payment, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounts payable records, including aging reports and reconciliations.
  • Analyze and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to accounts payable, collaborating with internal teams as needed.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in accounting or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts payable, with experience working with accounting software a plus.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently under deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
