Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Real Estate Virtual Assistant to join our team at Rippedboxstation.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in real estate investment companies and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

About the Role

This is a 20 hours/week position with a flexible schedule, EST. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing email and calendar scheduling for management and investors, organizing files, contracts, and client documentation, and handling data entry for property listings, lead information, and client records in CRM systems.

You will also be tasked with responding to client inquiries via email or chat, scheduling and confirming appointments for showings, inspections, or meetings, and following up with leads and clients to nurture relationships.

In addition, you will create and update property listings on MLS and other platforms, write and edit property descriptions, and upload and manage property photos and virtual tours.

Your responsibilities will also include conducting research on property values and neighborhood comparisons, preparing Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) reports, and staying updated on local real estate market trends and recent sales.

Furthermore, you will plan and create social media content for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn, engage with followers, respond to comments, and monitor analytics to track engagement and adjust social media strategies.

You will also design and send email newsletters, property updates, and promotions to client lists, monitor open and click-through rates, and develop drip email campaigns to nurture leads over time.

Additionally, you will coordinate timelines and tasks for transactions, communicate with all parties involved, track and manage paperwork to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and update property listings, blogs, and client testimonials on the company website.

You will also create basic graphics and content for digital marketing using tools like Canva, and ensure all listings and content are SEO-optimized for visibility.

Requirements
  • Previous experience in real estate investment companies required.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, management, or equivalent required.
  • Familiarity with tools like MLS, CRM platforms, Zillow, Redfin, and property management software required.
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing, email campaigns, and property listing websites required.
  • Strong attention to detail for managing listings, client details, contracts, and data entry required.
  • Comfort with virtual communication tools (Zoom, Google Meet), Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace required.
  • Excellent oral and written English communication skills required.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented; able to efficiently prioritize multiple tasks required.
  • Able to handle sensitive information properly to maintain confidentiality required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to handle client inquiries and resolve issues efficiently required.
Estimated Salary

$45,000 per year.
