We are seeking a skilled Sales Development Representative to drive qualified sales appointments for our CEO and Sales Manager. This role requires strong communication skills, innovative outreach strategies, and the ability to manage lead generation across multiple channels.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting: Utilize cold email, cold calling, LinkedIn, Instagram direct messages, and other relevant platforms to reach potential clients
- Lead Sourcing: Identify and build prospect lists using internal tools and independent research based on our ideal customer profile
- CRM Management: Log all activities and manage prospect pipeline in Pipedrive, ensuring accurate and up-to-date data
- Team Collaboration: Coordinate closely with the CEO and Sales Manager to align on messaging, targeting, and performance goals
- Pipeline Growth: Consistently deliver a high volume of qualified appointments for the sales team
- Success Metrics:
- Positive responses generated
- Sales meetings booked per week
- Meeting quality (fit and engagement)
- CRM hygiene and responsiveness
- Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in sales outreach, appointment setting, as an SDR role
- Working knowledge of business acumen and sales methodology
- C2-level English (spoken and written)
