
Sales Operations Lead

To succeed in this role, you will need to leverage your analytical skills to drive pipeline growth and optimize sales strategies. You will be responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing go-to-market engines that combine technical expertise with strategic sales planning.
- Sales Strategy & GTM Execution
- Develop and execute outbound and inbound sales strategies that generate consistent, high-quality pipeline.
- Define and optimize ideal customer profiles (ICP) and target segments.
- Partner with leadership to design playbooks, cadences, and account-based strategies.
- Manage and optimize platforms like Apollo for lead sourcing, enrichment, sequencing, and engagement.
- Build and maintain automated workflows for lead routing, scoring, nurturing, and reactivation of past opportunities.
- Integrate GTM systems across CRM, marketing automation, and customer success platforms.
- Experiment with AI-driven personalization to improve campaign conversion.
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Ops, RevOps, Sales Strategy, or GTM roles.
- Proven track record in lead generation and outbound/inbound campaign execution.
- Strong expertise with Apollo, rB2B, and other sales engagement platforms.
- Proficiency in CRM management.
- Familiarity with workflow automation and data enrichment.
- Strong analytical mindset; able to translate data into actionable GTM strategies.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
