Job Title: Data Configuration Specialist

Drive Customer Success

  • Support customers and teams on all aspects of system configuration, data quality, and issue resolution to ensure timely and accurate results.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and exceed expectations by completing administrative tasks such as systems updates, data entry, review, and project updates.
  • Collaborate with implementation consultants and customer support team members to provide paid and unpaid services to customers joining our platform.

The Key Responsibilities

  • Configure systems, identify and analyze issues, and implement necessary resolutions and action items.
  • Maintain high-quality data, integrity, and security by updating internal tools and tracking systems.
  • Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) following relevant procedures and standard operating procedures.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in HR/Payroll SaaS configuration environment.
  • Experience processing and reviewing large datasets and data entry.
  • Proficiency in administering HR Information Systems (HRIS) and/or payroll systems is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
